Right at this exact time, in the thoughts, whatever is on the loop in the mind is either the fear, pain or the hope. All the pain and the hope belong to the past or the future, which cannot be altered in any way because one is gone and the other one is still not here. Thinking about these over and over is not resolving any of the already taken actions or what will be done when certain things will show up later, but the marks of the conclusions of such situations should be left imprinted in your soul for an opportunity to improve. Thus, all the other times except of the present is a mirage. Your mind certainly makes you see it, but it does not exist. The CHOICE IS ALL YOURS to let yourself swayed by the mind thoughts or just know to enjoy where you are existing currently in this moment.
What we have right now is the present and our perspective towards it. No one in this this world is responsible for your pain, your hopes, solutions to your life situations and anything that is yours. It is all yours, YOU OWN YOUR LIFE. Impose discipline into your life, give time to what you love, find what makes you smile, and train your mind to stop thinking. Know when to press STOP inside your mind to process pains and hopes. Easier way to do this is to deal with it or walk out of the stressful situations. If dealing is the option, watch your thoughts in stress, DO NOT try to give them life by thinking, talking about them, or wasting your time to make them right. Just watch and see if they are even worth to ruin your presence in your now. CHOOSE PRESENCE and choose to accept whatever is it right now. If you have made your deal to accept, nothing, I promise, nothing in this world is stronger than your SELF.
